Designed in response to an assessment brief on deconstruction and reconstruction.  Part 1 - deconstructing an analysing a world Pavilion.  Part 2 - Utilising the key elements to reconstruct your own building/space.
My final model is an interpretation of the key elements of Francisco Mangado’s 2008, Spanish Pavilion. Specifically exploring the idea of space, shape, line and texture. The design has an open plan layout predominately made out of varying concave and convex triangular shapes. Designed to play with the idea of negative and positive space, as well as the effect of overlaying shapes, the design creates varying different structures depending upon the angle you view it from.
